Prenatal/Postnatal Massage

With the many rapid changes our bodies go through during pregnancy, massage therapy can provide relief and much needed rest. Side-lying is recommended around 20 weeks and we can still provide full body or just focus where you need most. Please get your doctor's “OK” if you are still in the 1st trimester or have experienced any complications in the past.
After the baby’s debut, a postnatal massage can help your body rest and heal by using appropriate support to accommodate nursing mamas and healing tummies. Your new baby is always welcome to come along.
