Massage Therapy is not a substitute for professional medical care or treatment. We cannot prescribe, cure, or diagnose any conditions. It is up to you, the client, to keep the massage therapist up to date on any changes to your medical history. You have the right to terminate the treatment at any time should you feel inclined to do so. Our Privacy Policy is available here.

Client safety, confidentiality, and privacy are our top priorities. A health intake form is required before a massage service to ensure a safe and effective treatment. Inappropriate behavior or suggestive remarks will terminate your appointment immediately and may result in criminal proceedings.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so online through the communication sent to you regarding your booking, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment. Alternatively, you may call or text Amanda Snow, LMT, at 859-740-0607 to allow us time to fill the slot. Please note that last-minute cancellations are challenging to accommodate and can significantly impact small businesses. For cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window, the card on file will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Repeated occurrences may result in requiring full payment and reserving future appointments with a credit card. We understand that things cause you to run late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate, however, your time may be reduced as needed.

Minors

A parent or guardian must accompany clients under the age of 18 years. This parent or guardian must permit the agreed massage plan to be performed and will be requested to co-sign the New Client Consultation Form along with a Minor Release Form. They will be invited to stay in the room for the duration of the appointment, and are expected to remain present throughout the treatment.
