Client safety, confidentiality, and privacy are our top priorities. A health intake form is required before a massage service to ensure a safe and effective treatment. Inappropriate behavior or suggestive remarks will terminate your appointment immediately and may result in criminal proceedings.

If you must reschedule your appointment you may do so online within 24 hours, or call/text Amanda Snow LMT @ 859-740-0607 so we have an opportunity to fill that appointment. Last-minute cancellations are hard to cover and affect small businesses. A payment request will be sent to cancellations/no-shows outside the 24-hour window to cover 50% of the cost of that missed appointment. Multiple occurrences will result in full payment and reserving an appointment time with a credit card. We understand that things cause you to run late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate, however, your time may be reduced as needed.

A parent or guardian must accompany clients under the age of 18 years. This parent or guardian must permit the agreed massage plan to be performed and will be requested to co-sign the New Client Consultation Form along with a Minor Release Form. They will be invited to stay in the room for the duration of the appointment, and are expected to remain present throughout the treatment.

Massage Therapy is not a substitute for professional medical care or treatment. We cannot prescribe, cure, or diagnose any conditions. It is up to you, the client, to keep the massage therapist up to date on any changes to your medical history.
