On February 16, 2025, heavy rains caused devastating flooding in Pikeville, Kentucky and across eastern Kentucky. The flooding damaged homes, businesses, and schools, and displaced families.

I’m incredibly grateful to be celebrating The Rustic Remedy’s 5-year anniversary! This milestone wouldn’t be possible without your continued support, and I want to take this opportunity to give back in a meaningful way. For the entire month, 5% of all proceeds from my massage services will go toward purchasing essential items to support the victims of the recent Eastern Kentucky floods. This community has been deeply affected, and every bit of help makes a difference.

Additionally, my friend Dawn at Cheeky and Charmed Boutique has created special fundraiser shirts, with 100% of proceeds going directly to relief efforts. You can find more details on her Facebook page.

• Diapers, wipes, formula

• Water

• Gatorade

• Cleaning supplies, wipes, sanitizer etc

• Non-perishable convenient food items

• Paper plates and plastic utensils

• Everyday hygiene products (deodorant, soap, toothpaste etc.)

• Adult diapers

• Gloves

• Blankets
